WHAT'S ON YOUR MIND?

There is a "Worry Postbox" and a "Worry Monster" outside of the Pastoral room. If you feel you need to speak to a member of staff because you’re upset, have a worry or have something on your mind that is bothering you, write a quick note about what is worrying you and pop it in the box. Don’t forget to put your name on it. Miss Dewar or another member of staff will arrange a time to catch up with you where you can share your personal feelings in a safe and caring environment. You will be listened to and supported. No problem or worry is too small.

If something is really bothering you, don’t forget you can speak to any teacher or member of staff in school too.

Worry, problem, upset, stressed, anxious, saddened, upset or confused!

These are just a few of the words we use to describe an event in our lives each day. At Linden Road we promise we can help during  'Time for You'.
